TONS on amazing information in this book. Expertly written by a great online and personal trainer. Would recommend to ANYONE looking to lose weight, build muscle and get healthy! The book is really fun and engaging, the recipes are fantastic and well explained,no special techniques are required while preparing the recipes described, i must say that since the first to the last page, i have enjoyed everything, there are also explanations on what to eat during a type of exercise,it has been a great experience, I highly recommend!!

This book shows you how to easily make these recipes and be able to include them into your diet daily if you wish while still achieving your fat loss/ muscle gain goals. The recipes are great too.

The author has the insight and the passion of helping other people.Calculate and track your daily intake and you are good to go.Scott has proven that he is reliable and informed. He has shown us the advantages and the disadvantages of cardio workouts. l love the idea that somebody at last has given me the means of achieving my goal. l recommend this book to anybody struggling with the weight.

Diet made easy

This book has shown me detailed explanation on how proteins and other food groups works together inside our body, the book manage to inform readers some medical explanation about how our body metabolism works in a way that we understand. over all I recommend this book for people who wants to have a special diet and doesn't know where to start. This is the book that I am looking for because I am so tired with my old diet plan. Thank you to the author for sharing this book. I am so excited to start loosing weight again and be this book as my guide.
