Useful book about Insulin Resistance Diet

If you have tried every diet and are still struggling with your weight, the real culprit may be insulin resistance. This book was easy to read and gave a lot of helpful information as well as examples and menu ideas. The book proposes that no foods are forbidden, as long as they are eaten in the right combination with protein. They give you numerous examples of meals in the right balance to achieve this effect. I highly recommended this book!

Bad Info

I was dumbfounded by the amount of bad information in this book. As someone who is gaining control of their insulin resistance I found some of the information in this book to be downright wrong and possibly harmful. Case in point Dairy. I tend to avoid Dairy cuz the high amount of sugar that naturally occurs in it. But this book says you should eat low-fat Dairy if you eat dairy at all. The problem with that is anyone who measures their blood sugar after consuming Dairy can tell you that full fat Dairy slows the absorption of sugar into your blood system low-fat Dairy. the narration was horrible it seemed really rush and I had to double-check to make sure I had it on just normal play speed. Save your money I wish I had.

helpful guide

This is very good book study about the Insulin Resistance Diet. This is the very helpful guide book for diet. It's very informative book for everyone. The book proposes that no foods are forbidden, as long as they are eaten in the right combination with protein. This book was easy to read and gave a lot of helpful information as well as examples and menu ideas. This book shows how easy it is to eat healthily and how tasty it can be as well. I highly recommended this book to everyone.

Love this book....

This is a great cookbook that goes into the reasons as to why you might want to follow the prescribed diet. The information at the beginning of the book is thorough without being too scientific. This part seems to be written mostly towards women, though men would benefit from the information as well.
