As usual, Dick Francis has excelled. The plot and the characters are both excellent. However, the producers of this audiobook should give more attention to detail. The narrator was not Jeffrey Howard and full marks go to Tony Britain for another excellent performance.

Another masterpiece from John!

I was drawn to the main characters of the novel on reading its prequel. Harry-Rex, Jake and the others are great and vivid characters and it was wonderful to meet them again in this story.
Michael Bec performs the narration Brilliantly! For me, no one could have done better.

One Of The Best I've Read.

The author's descriptions are so vivid, so absolutely beautiful, from the breath taking views of Montana to the characters, their feelings and situations!
His portrayal of the romantic scenes left me feeling I'd witnessed it all and longing for those same situations and surroundings.
One RealHeartstring grabber of a book!
