Great book - continuation of Princess story

What did you like most about Princess, Secrets to Share?

This book is a continuation of "The Princess" book story, the latest at the moment, as far as I know. Great insights into Saudi Arabian life, as usual, especially if you are interested in women's life and fight for women's rights.

Good book if you like Richard Branson

If you could sum up Finding My Virginity in three words, what would they be?

This book is about continuation of life of Richard Branson and his latest years. It is more factual and more about his companies, than his life. If you want to know more about his life, it is better to read his previous books. Also I think book is valuable only if you are fan of R. Branson, otherwise it provides little value, as just tells about his various companies.

Interesting book, but a bit chaotic

Interesting book, but a bit chaotic. Due to extreme amount of complex information/connections, I feel not many valuable ideas and thoughts (which are in the book) stay in the head.

The best book on non-European history!

What made the experience of listening to The Silk Roads the most enjoyable?

This is a great insight into non-European history: it covers great empires of the past, many of which we just touch upon during history lessons in Europe. So many new insights, which help to reflect also to the modern world situation.

What was one of the most memorable moments of The Silk Roads?

I found out so many facts, and this is taking into account that I always loved history and already knew quite a bit.

For someone who never thought about their karma

This book would be useful for someone who never thought about their karma and in general was not thinking about personal development. If you had, then you might find this book a bit too short and general.

Interesting

Interesting to listen. Very much focused on politicians and sportsmen, but still provides great inside 😉

Interesting book, but the advice is questionable

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

The book is interesting to listen, that's for sure. And even if you decide not to follow the diet, you will get a lot of useful information regarding different food items.

What was one of the most memorable moments of The Bulletproof Diet?

Basically you need to drink bulletproof coffee in the morning (coffee with unsaturated fats), then eat only protein and vegetables during the day, and either starches or 1 fruit in the evening.

Any additional comments?

Could be useful for someone, but not for me. I never drank coffee, so won't start this now. Tried for 2 weeks green tea with bulletproof fats, but it did not work - I just feel hungry. Overall quite confusing what actually I am supposed to eat for the breakfast... I cannot eat eggs all the time. And life with 1 fruit or no fruit a day, is just not for me. By the second week I felt irritated and angry, and hungry. I think this diet could work better for men than for women and for someone it could be a good fit, but not for me.
