September in Scotland
I loved this story of family, friends and village life in Scotland. Jilly Bond read the story with all the different accents very well. The ending was a surprise..
I found listening to this so helpful dealing with all aspects of life’s problems. I felt so relaxed and calm and will continue to listen to it.
I loved listening to this story, as I always enjoy stories written br Karen Swann,. The narrator was excellent and the story set in a lovely area of Cornwall I know well. The story held my interest from the beginning to the end. I can certainly recommend it.
Wonderful - Gracie’s Story
Oh what a lovely story read beautifully by Rachel Atkins.. As I listened, with my eyes closed, I felt that I was there in that beautiful area of Italy. From the beginning of Gracie’s story, to the lovely ending, I found it hard to stop listening. Loved it!

A wonderful story
This story from the beginning to the end was so good that I found it hard to stop listening to it. Annie Aldington read it so well - all the different voices of the characters. I can certainly recommend it - even with the bad language which when I first heard it thought “O my word”.
If I could have given this story more stars I would have done so! I absolutely loved it . The narrator read it so well and I must look immediately for another book written by Erica James!

A well written story
I I have given this book five stars as it was written and narrated so well. When I began to listen to the story I was surprised that it was about the awful things which happened to the people in Poland . Oh my goodness me, I found it so upsetting and nearly gave up listening. It was completely different to what I thought the lives of the two daughters turned out to be.
A new life for Jenny
This story is a delight to listen too, narrated so well by Anne Dover. It was easy to imagine the lives of everyone living in the flats and how well they all got on with each other. Maybe there will be a sequel for us to hear how Jenny and Bill”s life continued.Thank you Katie Flynn for writing such an interesting story- I really enjoyed it.
A wonderful story and read so very well by Anne Dover both describing life in England and the dreadful details of the First World War. The story ended happily but I do hope that Mary Wood will write a sequel - It would be lovely to hear that Edith found her daughters.
A delightful story narrated so well by Juliette Burton. Please Rosie Clarke write a sequel- I must know if the sisters were successful in their careers and if Lizzie and Sebastian got the son which they both wanted so much! I really enjoyed listening to this book
