Thank goodness it's not just me !

I really enjoyed this book and felt a connection and realised that I am not alone.
I would recommend this book to anyone who has this disorder or is connected to someone who suffers, I think the story gives answers to both the patient and those around them and should find it a good reference,

A must read for all women

This is a must read for women of all ages there are some obvious suggestions but all in all very impressive and very detailed if you want to change things a bit or shake things up then listen to what you are learning gregg in all fairness has got us all pegged I recommend reading all his books because there is one for every women at whatever stage of life and he makes it easy to understand and listen to without being made to feel airheaded he says the same thing over in different ways until it clicks and if it doesn't he sometimes shouts it from the rooftops for you , I am unsure about rj and big man voice lol love u gregg

thank god, thank you so much

I can't believe how much off myself I have been able to see. how my family, friends. medical teams much see me, I think it very brave to be able to tell your story and leave your self open because let's face it there is always one who has to offer their negative points of view, I have been deeply touched by what has happened to you. it is amazing how children are still being abused by people who they should be free to trust. I hope one day I will be able to have the courage to share my story . we all need to be more free with the truth and tell our pain because still although it's more excepted and talked about today then ever before but there is still to many children being hurt . so the more we share hopefully will help others find the courage to start sharing and no that they will be believed and let these cruel evil people we don't have to listen and believe it's our fault and suffer silently, thank you for sharing your life it has made a difference to the rest of my life xxx

Good

I have listened to this book twice as the first time I found it hard to feel motivated as it seemed a bit to obvious. ( and no I don't have the perfect house ) but on listening again all the way threw I suddenly realised it's absolutely perfect for my children as a guide as I have 4 children with shared room s ,space and organising is a huge issue, but by the easy steps to follow and simplicity . even my children can learn and build their confidence and feeling of achievement and a good organisation block to start them off in life , blessed be
