The most important work that she has ever done. I now want to read more on mindfulness.

Wonderful book, not so wonderful recording

Well worth the listen, however the volume of the narration varies throughout the audiobook making it tough to listen to at points.

This has changed my life. The narration is fantastic and the points hit home. Listen again and again for effect.

Life changing

Would you consider the audio edition of Let It Go to be better than the print version?

Yes I would as you get the author's own inflections on the words

What other book might you compare Let It Go to, and why?

Can't compare it. It deals so well with unforgiveness. I experienced a feeling of something being broken off me while going though the book.

Which scene did you most enjoy?

All of it.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Any additional comments?
