great story but too much swearing

You cant listen to this with kids arround or in public places. You just don't know what swear words are going to be shouted out! Nonetheless it is a great biography very balanced showing the good and bad sides. Also, it's really shocking that he was so cruel at times and yet so great.

One of the best autobiography ever written!

This is, by far, one of the best autobiography ever written! It's narrated like a novel, full of political and military lessons as well as key principles of life. This first volume will take you on a roller coaster ride full of suspense and thrills. Take lessons about life in an apartheid state and build an extensive vocabulary from a village boy who became a lawyer then an outlaw and later went on to make history!

Inspirational

This is truly an insightful window of history in the making. It gives and explains the reasons and principles which were the driving spirits of the heart and mind within one of the greatest men who has ever lived. Although 1% of the recordings are not clear, the speeches are beautifully blended with the narration of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s trials and tribulations.

Absolutely and unbelievably OUTSTANDING!

This is grappling stuff. I couldn't stop listening from beginning till end. This is very educational in a very balanced way with reference to J. F. Kennedy, Mohammad Ali, Rose Parks, Martin Luther King Jr., Leaders of Africa, China, Cuba, Arabia and so much more. It's also about his childhood, teenage years, Prison, Nation of Islam, Hajj Married life and fame, as well as his death and the death of many great people who contributed so much to racial justice and opened an new page in humanity as they left a legacy for all to learn from. This audio is absolutely outstanding and an absolute must have!!!

Racist Propaganda for Black Power!

Chapters 1 to 23 are nothing more than racist views of black power and superiority over white people. It's quite annoyingly that the audio sample gives the misleading impression that the audio is full speech that came after Malcolm X's racist day with the nation of Islam. Please NOTE this audion is full of racist propergation which Malcolm X had denounced after leaving the nation of Islam. Hence it is aguable that Malcolm X would NOT want such racist speeches propergated after he had denounced them and changed his views!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Very disturbing!
