Very insightful in a language we all understand
I listen to this every couple of years specially when I am low in mood, lack of ideas on how to cope pr achieve, lack of confidence and believe in my self and it really helps me. I listen to it regularly for months at a time.

This is excellent stuff
I was listening to some of this on the internet and found it to be very helpful. I am delighted to be able to have this on my ipod so that its on hand to be listened to anytime, anywhere. Louise's outstanding positivity is inspirational and the result is that the listener starts to mimic this positivity. I find it really useful when negative thoughts are getting in my way. I'd recommend it to anyone. Get on the Hay train - it'll take you far

Life Changing
Louise’s calm and beautiful voice is a healing balm in itself. Every time I listen to these wonderful affirmations ( which is often, because I love them so much),they nourish my soul and bring healing to my mind and body. Each time I hear something new and nurturing. Sadly Louise is no longer with us but her magnificence lives on in works like this one. 🙏🏽

Wonderful words, unrelated music.
The affirmations are very beautiful, I listen to them at night as well when I lie in my bed, the only downside is the piano music: it pierces my ear and makes the relaxation process very difficult. On the other hand, it’s uplifting in the morning when I listen to it in my car on my way to work.
There should be two versions of it, one with and one without the music.

This book look like a meditation.
I loved it because it gave me a beautiful thought and make every thing around me look better. I wished it was little longer. I recommend it to every body.

uplifting
This is the perfect audio book. it's uplifting and easy to absorb what you need. recommended as a daily meditation or time whilst driving so that what you need is absorbed into you subconscious.
