Very positive!
Loved this-I've already listened to it twice and made my family listen! I don't think I've ever heard such an expressive reading, Richard is almost annoyingly cheerful and upbeat! Lots of interesting stories and practical help

Great little book

I loved this book. it was refreshing and uplifting. it had the right mix of research and experience to make it Interresting and informative. thank you Richard and well done on your lovely book. I will be recommending this book and doing mindful meditation regularly.

A good pick-me-up for everyone
The best self guidance is usually someone telling you what you already know, but needed to be reminded! A great book but thre author's chirpy narration is also cheery to listen to.

Rather a nice audiobook about happiness. There is plenty of great advice based on researches. I really enjoyed listening and guided meditation at the end is a nice touch. Good narration.

Motivation that makes sense!
Richard has a great podcast, and his positive outlook is simply inspiring. I am glad he has written a book now, and I can listen to it just like a prolonged podcast.

Eye opener
I struggled listening to this to start with, the author’s tone seemed to be very difficult to take seriously. However I stuck with it and about half way through the book, it all started to work better for me. I will strongly recommend this book to my kids and my wife, the advice given is simple but effective. I will definitely take some time out trying to build the advice given into my way of being.

Brilliant audiobook
I have long been a fan of Richard Nicholls. The methods given in the book really do help if you are willing to work towards it!
Narration is well delivered much like the podcasts!
I couldn’t recommend this book more to anyone looking to improve their outlook on life or people looking to address mental health issues.
Richard really has given me lots of ways of dealing with things in life and shown me a far better way of looking at life.

Really useful
This book is really helpful but more importantly it is easy to listen to. I will be trying out some of the suggestions in the book. it has left me feeling happy and motivated. To the author and performer Richard Nicholls I say thank you :)
