Summary

Do you struggle with completing projects or specific tasks? We'd all like to get things done and become more productive. But what often happens is we put off important tasks and let them slip through the cracks. The end result? We get overwhelmed by the amount of things to do. In other words, "procrastination" causes you to feel stressed when you're not completing tasks in a systematic manner.

The solution is simple: Develop an "anti-procrastination mindset" where you take action on a daily basis and NEVER get overwhelmed by your to-do list.

some good tips to take away from this book

some useful points made about priorotising and tackling important tasks. So maybe jump straight to chaoter 21. Unfortunately I found the narration intense and monotonous.

Waste of time, waste of money!!!

If this book wasn’t for you, who do you think might enjoy it more?

A child.

What could S. J. Scott have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

Got a proper writer to write it.

Who might you have cast as narrator instead of Matt Stone?

Narrator was fine. It was the book that was the problem.

Any additional comments?

Rubbish! All these so called habits were so obvious and so so available everywhere for free. Hate having my money wasted by rubbish like this. Not happy!
