Summary
This is the second of a series of six meditation recordings by Glenn Harrold and Ali Calderwood, which are based upon the ancient solfeggio musical scale. Each note in this scale has specific healing properties and this recording uses the second note, which resonates to a frequency of 417hz. This particular frequency works to dissolve emotional patterns and imprints from the past and facilitate positive changes. It will also help to clear other emotional patterns, such as low self-esteem, self-rejection, overindulgence, jealousy and emotional instability, all of which exist within the same vibrational energy.
Glenn Harrold's skilled vocal delivery and guided meditation combined with Ali Calderwood's deep and moving soundscapes tuned to 417hz combine to create an amazingly powerful meditation recording that has the potential to clear away blocks on a cellular level.
About the Ancient Solfeggio Scale and Healing Sounds: Modern science is now beginning to recognise what the ancient mystics throughout time have been saying; that everything is in a constant state of vibration, and therefore everything that is vibrating has a sound (even if it’s not audible). Everything also has its own optimum rate of vibration, and this is called resonance. When we are in resonance, we are in balance and harmony with creation. Emotions and mental states also have their own optimum resonance and with the recognition that every organ, and every cell, absorbs and emits sound, we can therefore understand how specific sounds and frequencies can be used as powerful healing tools. This is how the ancient Solfeggio frequencies work and is why the Gregorian monks used this specific scale for chanting and healing. These incredible tones each resonate to specific frequency that our original blueprint is composed from.
Exposing ourselves to these frequencies helps to bring our bodies, cells and DNA back into balance. Different parts of our bodies and organs all have specific frequencies of optimum resonance (perfect state of health), and therefore listening to these tones allows the body to absorb and remember (know) its original blueprint, moving it back towards its prefect state of alignment and resonance (health).
The music with this series of mediations has been specially crafted and precisely tuned to transmit each of the solfeggio frequencies. By combining these sounds with a guided meditation, you also have the potential to release deep-rooted blockages. These compositions also contain an array of sacred instruments and sounds such as crystal bowls and didgeridoo and sacred chants, which work to further enhance the effects of the solfeggio tones.

Excellent!
This series is a guided meditation with beautiful sounds to balance your chakra' s.
I have found it relaxing to listen before going to sleep, I sleep deeper. I have used the whole series for 6 months 3 times a week to help me relax and help with singing confidence. it's definitely worth trying if you have trouble relaxing and respond well to music :-)

417 hz Solfeggio Meditation
This whole series is absolutely fantastic, working with visualisation, hypnosis,colour and sounds. I have found it particularly helpful as I suffer from Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue and it has really helped. There are 2 chapters for each sound wave, the first one brings you back after the meditation, the second one lets you go into a wonderful deep sleep.

One of a set of 6 healing Meditation CDs based on music from Solgeggio scale
Wonderful I can’t say enough good about this set of 6 healing meditation cds, the are exceptional.
This one focuses on helping to clear emotional patterns and imprints from the past, low self esteem, self rejection, over indulgence, jealousy and emotional stability.
Highly recommended a must try...

Excellent Meditation
As a Glenn Harrold fan, I already expected to like this meditation, his voice is easy to listen to and the recording is very soothing, time will tell about the success of the use of this meditation but after one month I am feeling calmer and more positive.

Excellent Performance
Glenn Harold has come a long way since I was first introduced to one of his recordings by a friend in the 90s. This recording has a very deep emotional effect which can profoundly influence dreams and take-on other forms in meditation. Interaction within this recording is very well implemented and not tiresome like some.
Glenn’s voice is perfectly relaxing and powerfully affirming, I’ve returned to this recording numerous times then parted into another only to come back at the appropriate time. Highly recommend healing.
