Simple, effective and useful entryway to Agile
There are a ton of books out there describing agile work, but few can put it together in a comprehensive, simple and easy to use format. After listening the book, I am no expert, but what I have is a foundational grasp of what needs to be done, what I need to learn and a guide I can rely on. This is the entryway, more in depth reading is required if you plan to continue in the agile world but this is a way to get your feet wet quickly.

This book has given me
This book has given me some good background about the development of the program, and a better understanding of the common variations of Agile and their practical applications. The case studies presented were especially helpful.

Best guide
Agile project management is basically a guide to structuring management in a non-traditional way. I'm kind of struggling to describe it. It stresses openness, flexibility, interaction, etc. Its basically a guide to an alternative management style that can be VERY useful to businesses in providing their products or services.

Agile
When I first heard about Agile, I thought it was a kind of project management strategy that can be used by any group/team for any project. I only realized in the early chapters of the book that it is only suitable for software developers.
I still think though, that by understanding its principles, one can develop good strategies that will help him become more productive in other kinds of project.

Nice information - easy to listen to
This was a good audio book with some good information. The narrator was easy to listen to and the information flowed smoothly. I will keep this one as a good reference item. Enjoyed how you could jump from chapter to chapter, or go back to the start of a particular chapter to re-listen to it.
