What aspect of Melody Grove’s performance might you have changed?

Her reading of the book was good, just the content she had to work with wasn't the best

If this book were a film would you go see it?

No

Any additional comments?

The book, for me, felt slow & laboured. The only people I liked in the book were those that Amy Snow met after Aurelia's death, particularly the large London family.

Amazing

The narrator kept me hooked for the entire book, her voice was perfect for this period drama and her portrayal of the different characters was good. The story itself was really interesting and kept me guessing with Amy's adventure. Definitely recommend for people who enjoy 19th century novels.

Absolutely Enchanting!

I have loved every moment of this wonderful story. It took me out of the nitty gritty of modern life into the reality of long ago. The narration is superb and I did not want it to end. Truly beautifully written. Well done all.
