stressful narration

lots of good content but the narration was exhausting. it felt like listening to a TV commercial being shouted at you with a deadline of signing up before the end of the advert. an American style of speaking heard on TV messages or the God channel urging you to repent

Fantastic

Really well set out and although I was initially unsure about the audio voice it was great. I was able to listen while I tidied and can easily re listen too. I know a lot of what was said from previous study, but great to hear and be mindful... And now re listen.

Good book to start with to regain control!

I liked the way it is narrated! I would recommend it for people who are struggling to start their journey to regain control of their lives!

Clear.and concise

Clear explanation on how our thoughts can get out of control and how we can tidy and weed out wrong thinking. No waffling but useful ideas and tips. Definitely recommend listening to this audio.
