Summary
The final thrilling showdown between the Mitchells and the Butlers. This is Kimberley Chambers at her heart-stopping best!
One of them has a gun to his head. Who will pull the trigger?
When king of the underworld Vinny Butler goes into business with respected villain Eddie Mitchell, it's a match made in East End legend. Friends and family are treated like gold, enemies like rats - it's the life.
Then mysterious packages arrive, dead creatures and threats. Someone is out for revenge. Who the enemy is, nobody knows; anyone could be taking a pop. The gypsies who cursed Eddie, ghosts from Vinny's past, enemies needing revenge. Even their own flesh and blood? There are some people you should never cross, some who can't forgive or forget.
Who is the backstabber?
At the end of this audiobook continue listening for the exclusive chapter of Queenie, Kimberley Chambers' newest story and the gripping prequel to the brilliant Butler series.

A fitting conclusion
Wow what a story! After reading the complete saga of the Mitchells and the Butlers, it was only right that the end of the story should involve both families. Kimberley Chambers tied the stories together really well, some shocks but it ended the only way it could. I felt like I was reunited with people I'd got to know and it's a shame the story has ended.
Well done to Annie Aldington, fab narration. Love the way she got all the voices and the expression in her voice was fantastic.

The End?
This has been one rollercoaster of a ride; but all good things must come to an end and for that I am sad as I will miss the Butlers and the Mitchells, apart from one or two members that is.
I found this little gem when several of the books had already been released, and I am so glad I did. Listening to several installments one after the other really draws you into the lives of the people involved.
Narration was faultless and was absolutely perfect for this series.
I will certainly be watching for the next release from Kimberley Chambers, whom I consider to be one of the best authors I have had the pleasure to listen to.
