In their first in-depth autobiography, pop sensations Niall, Zayn, Liam, Harry, and Louis tell the story of their lives. For the first time, the boys’ loyal fans will be given an unprecedented insight into all of it, from their humble beginnings and lives before The X Factor, to recording their first single, touring the world, winning awards, breaking records, and much, much more.
What has it been like for them? What did they really think of one another when they first met? What inspires their song-writing? How do they handle life on the road and long breaks away from those they care about and love? And what do they think is next for them as a band who have achieved so much so quickly?
Taking you behind the scenes of the creation of their music, their tours and their incredible friendship in their very own words, One Direction are ready to lay themselves bare in a way we’ve never heard before.

great effort, lovely voices, endearing storyline
Would definitely recommend this to every fan of One Direction and to everyone who is interested in their story! I'm so pleased with this. All the boys have really soothing voices and they did a good job at not sounding like they're just reading this out loud! I honestly got carried away and found myself giggling and sniffing at some points. I loved how the storyline changes a bit when they're narrating it and they just add a few other parts. I think everyone should listen to and read this book and give One Direction a chance. They'll love it!
Wouldn't compare it to a book but I would compare it to their movie, 'This Is Us'. They both include the boys narrating their stories and giving details about their journey from the X Factor days to present! Both are very lovely.
I've been to two One Direction concerts and I've been religiously following them since 2010. This is very different to everything else because, even though they've done hundrerds of interviews and show, this is just them, just their voices, no visual. They handled it very well and it's honestly one of my favourite things right now.
