Most Helpful

for religious people only.

I guess I should of paid more attention to the synopsis. Having depression myself I thought this may help but what i didnt realize, is that it is for religious people only. Not being religious at all, this book (after listening for 13 minutes) actually just infuriated me. There was not one single paragraph (possibly sentence) that did not contain the word God or Jesus. I found the authors voice unbearable and the book to be the rantings of a mad person.
However if you are extremely religious and looking to God for help and support, I think you would find it extremely useful.
