Critic reviews

"One finishes this book with renewed gratitude--for faith and doubt, for all that is, for two wise spiritual teachers who remind us that God is present not just in the peak experiences but in the hidden depths of our everyday life." (Robert Ellsberg, author of The Saints' Guide to Happiness)

Wonderful reminiscences and great wisdom.

I got a lot from both contributors and highly recommend this audible book. There is much to be learned from both of them. Many lovely anecdotes and stories to be found here.

Political or spiritual?

Am on chapter 7 and it seems to be more about the American political challenges, than developing a spiritual awareness of gratitude which is disappointing. This is not the book that I hoped it would be. However, I will endeavour to make it through to the end in the glimmer of hope some precious jewel of knowledge will be revealed.
