A must to listen to!!
What did you like most about We Need to Talk About Kevin Bridges?
The book is great but with Kevin narrating its even better. It feels like your listening to a stand up not his autobiography.
What does Kevin Bridges bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you had only read the book?
Everything about him reading his story is brilliant As it has more meaning to everything he says

Brilliant!!!
Great book narrated by the only person that could in my opinion. If your from Glasgow like me, you can relate to how he grew up, which makes it even funnier. On the whole I really enjoyed it and would recommend it to anyone!!!

Heart warming
I'm not a massive Kevin Bridges fan, I've caught bits and bobs of his stand up, and thought he was funny. But I do have a massive thing about comedy and admire those with the courage to get up and do it. I knew Kevin started out on his career at a very early age so was interested in his story. It's really well written, unpretentious and honest, it's well read too, as long as you're not someone who struggles with accents. Well worth a listen, give it a go

Couldn't stop listening
Brilliant, didn't want to stop.
It felt very real, incredibly funny and being narrated by Kevin made the difference, it felt like 1 very long show.
Looking forward to his next 1 full of adventures,

Funny stuff
As he is still so young, much of this book is about his school days. It is great to hear Kevin share these stories in his own voice in this audiobook.

Dodgy cockney accent, but...........

Well worth the effort to listen.
Once again it shows the resilience and thick skin that a Comedian needs to make it big. It wasn't an easy journey but he paints it a very funny one.
