A well-spent £1 something!

Rally helpful summary of the brain maker book. I just wanted to know some basic facts and didn't want to spend 6 or 7 hours was informative and contains enough information to make some basic dietary changes etc, though you may end up wanting to purchase the original book too!

perfect...just the gist. Let's me know it's for me

I loved the summary. It reviewed all the basic premises in enough detail that I can tell I want to read more. right now my quest on this topic is too time constrained to waste time reading books that go in a direction I'm not interested in.

Good reminder

Do not eat gluten: wheat barley rye
Do not eat manufactured fructose, limit fruit. Eat probiotics. The second brain is in the gut .
