Interesting ideas but needs more depth

Interesting ideas proposed but being in the UK makes them not quite so relevant, also need more structure and depth

Great summary of latest developments

Didn't know that the activists shareholders vs boards issue was so widespread. Seems that having a staggered board is a good mechanism to keep the barbarians at the gates far enough.
