Summary

Study after study confirms that career development is the single most powerful tool managers have for driving retention, engagement, productivity, and results. agony to listen to. a different narrator needed.

this narrator was very hard to listen to.

I didn't buy into this..... not believable. I did not feel that I learned anything. a lit of basic generalities and Made up acronyms.
