This book is solid condensed wisdom. Unlike many other books, Bernadette doesn't spend 6 hours waffling about some scientific essay to prove why it works, she just tells you what and why to do, then backs it up with case studies. I had no marketing knowledge prior to this book, and I ended feeling like I had a marketing degree. Sadly, most businesses don't apply any of the ideas in this book (great news for those who do!). Bernadette is also a joy to listen to.
