Summary

Without any form of operations management, the major firms of today would be in the process of putting up their white surrender flag. Operations management is extremely important to the business world, because it is now the main factor to consider in attempts to gain an edge over a competitor. Operations management is the business activity that involves the design, development, and maintenance of systems and processes that transforms resources, such as raw materials, technology, and labor, into goods and services that meet the customer's needs. This paper was written for a final paper for an operations management college class. I currently hold an Associates Degree of Business Management Technology, and hold the title of being a Junior in my pursuit of obtain a Bachelor's of Business Management.

This is very expensive for what it is.

This is not the most exciting of topics at the best of times. Unfortunately the reader seems to have no interest for the subject (monotone all the way through). This personally made it hard for me to tune into the content. I will try and to be it another go. last point £2.99 is very expensive for a 11 minute book. especially when you can get a 10 hour one for under £10.

A great guide to help managers manage better!

Where does Operations Management: A Summary rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

It actually ranks pretty high because of it's usefulness. When managing a business, some managers tend to forget about the operations segment or are afraid to engage it. This book helps ease that anxiety and could help any and all managers, business students, and professors!

Improve your business in minutes

Operations management can make or break a business is not handled correctly. Clinger uses his formidable business knowledge and acumen to detail out the ways to streamline a business and improve operations. He has written numerous books about business and how to improve them, and now turns his attention to operations management. If you listen to what he has to say you will most likely see an increase in your output and please your customers. Lesser is good in his role as narrator. He is easy to listen to, and a pleasure to follow along. Even though I did receive a promo code for this review it in no way influenced my considerations of the material, and in fact, inspired me to be more honest. In fact, getting a code generally makes me harsher as a reviewer as I am more often concerned what someone like Me will decide based on my review.
