Simples Basics that add up

This book covers many things you will have heard before but it gives them deeper meaning and adds up to a very worthwhile listen that puts a package together that everyone can benefit from whatever your aspirations or career.

one of those must reads

Without a purpose how can you discover your peak performance is the main theme, reiterated through this book based on the conversion of apparent failures by the Authors, leading to their purpose - showing how the right combination of Stress and Rest leads to Peak Performance

really interesting

I really enjoyed peak performance. it was my very first audio book ever. Very insightful and interesting facts.

on a personal note, I'm a performance trainer myself and I've used the insight here to guide and assist athletes and clients even better. handy content for all coaches.

We absolutely need this book to elevate our days!

Living in a city isn't as easy as it sounds. This book helped me to understand how to cope it in terms of stress. Definitely will play it again.

A great entry level book to improve performance.

I think this is a great entry level book for anyone looking for something to motivate or direct them towards achieving their goals; particularly sports related goals though the tools and information mentioned could easily be applied to business and personal goals too.
I have read many books on improving performance and though this is not as detailed as others, I think it’s the most accessible of them all. If you don’t have a clue about how to improve your performance then this book will be invaluable. It’s short, succinct and yet covers all the vital aspects without ever getting complicated.
At the same time, even more experienced trainers will find this book useful, at least to refresh the ideas in the mind, even if it’s covering old topics.
I had come across a lot of the key points before so at times I did wane in my interest but never for too long. Each topic is short and to the point so it’s never boring.
Definitely a good starter book for anyone interested in improving their training.
