While you may not be aware of it, people are making a fortune on the real estate market and they are doing so because of the opportunities offered. No longer is banking investment thought of as being the best bet. Interest rates are falling and people are beginning to cotton onto the fact that if they want the best return for their money, they need to look elsewhere.
At the time of writing this book, I have established myself sufficiently to be able to give up work. However, once you get onto the real estate ladder, it's unlikely that you will want to get off it. It's addictive and it's fun, but it's also a lot of hard work and you need to do your homework. Don't expect money for nothing because real estate investment is hard work. What drew me to it was the fact that I had money accumulated in the property I bought for my family. This equity or value of the home seemed to be sitting doing nothing and when I looked into the potential, I was surprised at just how far that money could go in securing my future.
Remember that all the information that you are about to read is going to be useless, if you don't take action. You can be a real estate expert, but you will not make any money if you don't implement what you learn. Taking action is what leads to profits and a chance at the financial freedom you dream about, and not taking action is the number one reason for failure.

Pleasantly Surprised

Where does Real Estate Investors Guide rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

This one is different. This guy actually gets it right. I guess because he is a Realtor himself, he really does know what he is talking about. I'd recommend to anyone looking to get into real estate investing.

The book was fenominal. i loved it. and i'm going to keep listening it over and over until i master it. The narrator was awesome. Thanks for taking the time to touroughly explain the different terminologies and languages used in the real eastes market. Again thanks for the book. Now it's up to me!

Everything you need to know as a new investor

As someone who is just entering the world of investing, this book has given me everything I need to know to get started, in an easy to read format. His writing reflects that he is a real person just like you and me, not some suit trying to use big words to make himself sound important. Definitely worth the read if you're like me and not sure where to start. This book gives direction, with options.

quick and to the point! can't beat that.

The passages are short, the points are descriptive and precise, the author doesn't waste 90 pages bumbling about his opinions like some others. worth listening to.
