Great content !
Great content and dear I say a bit of bible... however, from an audio perspective I think an alternative voice from Rob D would be better. If you listen to his podcast and listening to the book, it's a bit overload. Personally, I think if you have a naturals voice it seems to sink in better... hopefully, Rob D would use this feedback in his podcast - he only seem to focus on the 5 stars which is a bit one sided! But great resource for sure.

fantastic
This book is very in depth yet to the point. It's not an easy read/listen but you will learn lots. I'd recommend re-reading periodically.

Best book of its kind
This is the best property book for people who want an overview on the subject. That’s not to say it lacks detail but you probably need to choose your strategy(ies) and do further reaserch

Having read a few property books over the last few weeks, this is by far the best.

A must read!!!
This book is jampacked with everything that I wanted to know about starting my property portfolio it gave me so much information, confidence and enthusiasm to start my property journey. it’s a book I will definitely be referencing and reading over and over.

Excellent information, well read
Very informative book, read well by the actual author. Sufficient anecdotes etc to make a potentially dull subject interesting. Previous reviews have said that it might be better to leave the reading to a professional, but I have listened to many books and would not have realised that Rob Dix is not a professional narrator. I may even listen to it again.

refreshing
this is excellent. A straightforward no nonsense guide to the basics. It cuts through the fluff and sales rubbish you get with a lot of the more commercial training companies and gives it to you straight. Sometimes it really helps to go back to basics. wholly recommended.

Covers everything
I am a small time property investor. I thought this book had something for everyone, whether you are looking to get started or have been in the game for a few years.
Some people complain about the narrators voice, what nonsense.
