Interesting and accurate in many ways

I really enjoyed this book. I took the time to listen to this as I have been tasked with developing my own work profile wants and needs. I felt this book spoke to the type of career expectations I have, and it is great to find that there is a wider demographic then just myself looking for great options and flexibility in the workplace.

5+ times managers are referred to as “robots” that should be done away with. Typical millennial fare - we should be able to work how much we want, where we want and the company owes us high pay, praise and rewards. Not grounded in research or in an understanding of general management principles. Ideas are only relevant to 2% A-player employees in internet connected jobs. Not relevant to the vast majority of businesses outside Silicon Vally. Not relevant to the vast majority of the workforce.
Feminist tripe that rejects structure, authority, men, managers, and large businesses.
