Way too basic.
What would have made The Lowdown: Doing Business in Mexico better?
Much more detailed information about how to speak and dress and...I don't know because I don't have the information. I live here in Mexico and I know that I offend people sometimes with my plain speech and at times I still don't know why. There are some just plain untruths in this book. Yes it is proper to dress "formally" but women dress quite outrageously at times. Even high-level business women. I think there has to be a middle ground for a woman from another country so that people don't think she's too stiff. I think it's a very hard line to walk and would like more specific help.
What was most disappointing about Christopher West’s story?
Yes, I want to find a book that speaks much more in depth about the question of business relationships in Mexico.
What about Trevor White and Lorelei King ’s performance did you like?
The performance was fine, very easy to understand and listen.
