visual book maybe better

good listen. although a 2nd listen is required. I think a book maybe better to see the diagrams and digest a little more knowledge from the writer.

Too theoretical, and not very interesting...

What disappointed you about The Negotiation Book?

The book was too theoretical. It was hard to listen to and it was way to long. I am sure the theory was good, but it was just not interesting to listening to. Unfortunately I will not recommend this book on negotiating.

Has The Negotiation Book put you off other books in this genre?

No, I will look for another book on negotiation.

How could the performance have been better?

Have more exampels - from the real life.
