light bulb moments

very easy to follow and understand, many light bulb and duh moments, highly recommended and lots of actions generated on the back of it.

Voice doesn't suit the book

The voice actor reading this was unfortunately chosen, and better suited to a Dickens novel. A fairly monotonous pseudo-British accent doesn't work well for an American author. It makes it hard to listen to, though the content is excellent.
