The way work should be
Cali and Jody capture and teach the essence of what your life's work should and can be. They turn face-time into a four letter word and ask companies to measure what outcomes I do, not when or where I do the role I am paid for. Farmers like my dad would be proud we finally got back to this!

Few ideas in too many words
This book could much shorter. ROWE is a manifesto. For managers also. There is no need to tell the same over and over again. Nice try anyway.
