disappointed

10 minutes of meditation, followed by music. there are better meditations on YouTube that are free.

Nice way to balance the chakras

I like how easy this is to follow in order to cleanse and balance the chakras. It's a great visual for checking in on your body and making sure your energy is clean and balanced. Beautifully narrated with simple, easy to follow instructions.

Wonderful in Many Ways

Where does Chakra Balancing rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

It is up there when it comes to chakra balancing. I did like the guided images and the journey towards cleansed chakras. I could have used a little more time during each chakra cleanse, but I was able to follow along just fine once I got used to the pace.

Any additional comments?

This audiobook seems to be aimed towards beginners, and I think I'd classify as a beginner/intermediate. It was a thorough cleanse and I felt relaxed at the end of it. There is a lot of music after the meditation. I left it on and focused on my breathing for a while before shutting it off. No need to listen to the whole soundtrack unless you wish to unwind for an hour. I liked that the session was about 20 minutes long and I was finished with the chakra balancing/breathing techniques within 40 minutes. That was enough time for me to really feel the difference in my body. It's a good meditation with effective guidance and techniques.
