Narration?

How did this narrator even get the job? PAINFUL narration. Listening to her speak was INFURIATING. I had to listen at 1.35 speed to not break my phone against the wall from the horrible, SLOW, dark whispering depiction of the entire text. The characterization is awful; you can never tell who is supposed to be speaking. I see that this same narrator does all 4 books in this quartet and I very well may cancel my audible account and break my phone over this unacceptable narration.
