Summary

Coming out, despite the possible initial impetus to do so, is one of the most liberating aspects of your life.

It is you who is being you. You don't need approval or permission nor anything else. Accepting who you are in every way is not only cathartic but puts you in a strong and definable position, because it is you who has to live with yourself every second of every day.

You are not responsible for what others think or cannot get to grips with; that's all about them. So don't accept any negative backlash if it materialises. This is your life, and you intend to live it the best way you can.

As for others, they should do likewise, but from their point of view, so don't take others guilt or disappointment on board, as it is not valid. This is about you - so don't let others turn it around as to how they feel; it's not wanted. If there is "love" in the equation, then everyone should be happy that you are happy. If they are not, then it smacks of their selfishness.

This download explores the positive aspects of who you are and not what others would wish you to be for their sake, which has nothing to do with the reality of the situation.
