A great book to untangle very low lying mental programming.

Although some examples may not feel like they resonate, I liked that the examples were simple and really help to jumpstart independent thinking.

I enjoyed the book once I got used to the robotic narrator

Was the narrator speaking through a computer? It was annoying initially but the content and message of this book won through. I have taken away a few tips.

Important

This is an important book if you want to approach your life in a conscious way. Gay sets out the map of what is required very well.
