Summary

Everyone in the quiet Jersey Shore town of Silver Bay knows the story: on a Sunday evening in September 1991, Ramsey Miller threw a party then murdered his wife and three-year-old daughter and disappeared.
But everyone is wrong. Ramsey's daughter got away. Meg, now known as Melanie, is nearly 18 and sick of hiding. Melanie's determined to confront her father, but can she find him before he finds her?

A good read but perseverance is necessary to start

Overall enjoyed it but nearly gave up until third of the way through. A lot of unnecessary unfo which I found boring but persevered and then couldn't put it down and good read if you can get through the boring bits.
