Any additional comments?
it took over an hour for me to get used to deryn Edwards performance of this book. I nearly gave up on it as the speed and accents were totally different than those performed by patience Tomlinson. it was the strength of Lesley cookmans' writing that kept me listening.
libby came across as being sharp and in some cases aggressive which in earlier books is not the case. I have looked at the next book which is narrated by deryn Edwards again and I will carry on listening so that I will know about any new characters that may appear in future books.

Would you consider the audio edition of Murder to Music to be better than the print version?
I've not read any of Lesley Cookman's books in print form as only found out about her via Audible.
Did the plot keep you on the edge of your seat? How?
These are good twisty turny plots that keep you entertained.
What does Deryn Edwards bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
Deryn Edwards is a good reader.

What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?
I really tried, several times, to listen to this story, but I can't for the life of me tell you what this book is about. The narration by Deryn Edwards is pretty much okay except for that of the Other Friend. It's that hideous high-pitched voice of an Englishwoman -- that voice that tries to pierce your right eye. Incredibly irritating. (I'd have to listen to more of the book in order to tell you the Other Friend's name, and I can't bear to do that.)
