Publisher's Summary

Packed with nail-baiting thrills, Nothing to Fear introduces Karen Rose's most dangerous killer. Ready or not, here Sue comes....
Sue Conway is out of control. Recently released from prison she is determined to find the people responsible for putting her there and to give them a taste of what she has had to endure. When Sue kidnaps an 11-year-old deaf boy, it's only the first stage in an elaborate plan.
Running to Chicago, Sue poses as a battered woman, which leads her to Hanover House, an inner-city women's shelter run by Dana Dupinsky. Dana safeguards many secrets in her own life and in the lives of those around her, but she would never harbour a murderer - that is, if she knew that one was living at the shelter.
Distracted by the presence of a new man in her life, Dana only realises the danger when those around suddenly start dying and she is thrust into the middle of Sue's dangerous and evil game.

What the Critics Say

"A pulse pounding tale that has it all: suspense, action, and a very hunky private investigator." (Cosmopolitan)
"Rose's well-crafted story sets pulses pounding and pages turning." (Bookpage)

Awful narration

Karen Rose is one of my favourite authors, however the narration of this audio book was truly awful. The male voices that she did were really bad , and totally unrealistic and irritating. I stuck it out for about half of the book and then gave up, so I can't really give a review on the actual story.

Nothing to Fear

Story good ( I think as missed some) but far over the top for sexual scenes and narration. Can't be bothered reading second part as I am bored silly with keep forwarding on the narration to get to the story!! Shame, I think the author was mixed up as to what she was actually trying to write, thriller or erotic, the two do not mix in this book, in my opinion!
