Publisher's Summary

The opening of an elite country club, marked by a prestigious golf tournament, turns to chaos when a man is found dead in the clubhouse jacuzzi – with his throat cut. He’s more concerned with harsh reality than East Lothian’s past as a centre for witchcraft. But when another body is found, he must uncover the disturbing truth beneath a dark mythology…

a Golf commentary!

a good three quarters of this is golf commentary hence low stars. If I'd wanted that I'd have tuned into sports channel. didn't understand any of it . Very disappointed. ..so added to him being martial arts master...crack shot. ..invincible superman is also an expert golfer good enough to play alongside world's no.1 golfer? ??? !!! really? unlike other books of this ilk there's no building up of the other characters around skinner...its just all about how brilliant he is and how everyone bows to his superiority...oh dear...not a good book this time...
