Having started my 'path' through Scandanavian mystery novels with Stieg Larsson and then moving onto Henning Mankell I decided to try another scandanavian writer....
I enjoyed this story all the way through and while it didn't grip me the same as Stieg Larson's trilogy I did find it an enjoyable and easy listening experience and am going to purchase the other English version book by the same author.
As another reviewer said I would like to hear more scandanavian crime novels available on audible.

2003: The body of a tortured woman shows up on top of two other bodies, both killed in 1979. The police need to solve both set of murders and discover the circumstances that link them to each other. The suspects all belong to the same family, the descendents of a faith-healer and preacher. Well read and well paced, this is a treat for fans of Scandinavian murder mysteries. I would love to listen to more of Camilla Lackberg's books.

I am new to audible books - I don't commute a lot - but I bought this book because I wanted to read it and I have already bought another audiobook even before finishing this one. Nice entertaining murder mystery. The reader is a bit funny when he does female voices but he does a good job nevertheless.
I admit I had to write the genealogy of the Hult family to keep track of characters.
It helps a lot to have read the Ice princess before - the history of detectives and their families runs along the murder investigation.
I have read and loved all of Wallander/Mankell stories - Lackberg has a style of her own but the type of novel is similar to Mankell in many ways.
