Precious Light Filled Guide to Happiness
Love love loved Caroline's explanation of our energetic biology. Her passion, wisdom and wit kept my attention throughout. I really enjoyed her straight talking style and nearly spat my tea out at one point when her rant made me gasp then laugh out loud. I loved her honesty about her own journey as much as her direct approach to others. Thank you for sharing your intuitive insights about how we can all harness our precious life force energy and for shining your light out into our crazy beautiful world. Namaste gutsy earth angel.

Great spiritual book and teachings
I loved this book, it has great insights about how energy works and how we can start our journey with managing our energetic fields. It describes all the chakras and give clues as to how to align them and help recognise when we are leaking energy and how to stop it. It really help me to understand more about the topic and give me ways in which I can practice to be more intuitive. Highly recommended.

Loved it much more than I had expected
Didn't really know if I would enjoy this when I got it but Caroline Myss makes the topic very relatable and interesting. I can't get over the fact that she sounds a little like Judge Judy but I liked that too. It's nice when a topic like this is discussed matter of factly and not too airy fairy
