Publisher's Summary

Photographic journalist Lea Vance lives in terror of her boyfriend until the night a powerful man steps between them and makes her feel something she hasn't in years: safe. Just as quickly as he appeared, however, he is gone, and Lea is left to wonder who he is and if she will ever have the opportunity to thank him for helping her escape.
Finally feeling like she can leave her house without being afraid, Lea heads back to work and starts a project chronicling the work of the graffiti artists throughout her city. She finds herself particularly drawn to the work of one specific tagger, and when she encounters him while taking pictures, she knows exactly why. She has found her mysterious savior again, but is she ready to let someone so bad yet so beautiful get close to her? Can she look past his harsh exterior to let him love her?
Can two people haunted by their pasts get through them to find each other and the possibility for a future?
Note: This is an erotic romance book. It contains graphic language, strong emotion, and passionate love scenes

Tagged is a steamy, fast moving adult romance

Bad Boy Romance: Tagged, delivers a punch from the intense first paragraph to the erotic climax. This well conceived, neat and intriguing story line is compelling from the word go and Lea makes an interesting and believable lead character. The author cleverly uses mystery as a strong hook to reel the listener in, by shrouding the "Bad Boy" in a cloak of unanswered questions from the beginning. These questions are gradually answered as the story continues. There is a violent element to the book, and the sexual scenes are well scripted and sometimes hard hitting, all of which is nicely balanced by the tenderness that bad boy, Jordan, is also able to display.

I found the narration a little distracting in places where Kendall Taylor used a rather clipped unemotional intonation, despite the story being intensely emotional throughout - but on the whole she did a great job. Her narration is clear, easy to listen to and bolsters the author's storytelling.

All in all a great listen - not my usual genre but I enjoyed it nonetheless.

Any additional comments?

I loved this story, but then again I love Lea and Jordan (notice I put her first). :) This is one hot and steamy story! Don't plan on doing anything else when you start this. I found I couldn't put it down! (I apologize up-front for the over usage of: !s and all-around gushing). There are several reasons why I think Bad Boy Romance: Tagged is incredible and here are just a few of them.

It is mature and sexy than most, so if like me you are on the higher side of the young adult age bracket (or are older than that) and are a little fed up with romance that is on the level of what a 13 year old would experience then this is perfect.

Alessandra Bancroft is amazing at writing beautiful romances which still have a strong plot. Every single aspect of her writing is excellent and you won’t find anything lacking. The characters are well developed, they have their good and bad points and they seem like real people (some I wish were real). Every second of the story seems so real and you can almost see it happening around you.

Lea is a pretty great main character, she starts off just wanting to please everyone and be perfect but throughout the book you get to see her growth and development as she realizes that is not the most important thing in life.
