Publisher's Summary

Jenny Rafter wakes up one bright Monday morning with a boyfriend beside her and a job to look forward to. But two hours later, she is fired from her job and finds out her boyfriend has withdrawn every last cent of her savings from her bank account.
Heartbroken and broke, she calls up her childhood friend for help. She is desperate, and when he asks her to come to New York to stay with him, her worries are allayed. But Jenny is in for a surprise when she sees Cooper Farrell. The sandy-haired, blue-eyed boy she had once played hide-and-seek with is gone, replaced by a breathtakingly gorgeous entrepreneur who makes her stammer and shake in her boots.
This audiobook contains very hot and explicit descriptions of romantic activity. Only mature readers should download this audiobook.
Lucia Jordan is a writer who believes sex must be celebrated and enjoyed! Every other subject in the world seems fit for literature and art whereas sex and sexuality, something that concerns us all, is only now starting to emerge and become accepted in the mainstream. Lucia endeavors to be as comprehensive about the sexual imagination as possible by writing short stories and novellas that are entertaining and full of amazing characters, fantastic settings, sexualities, and, of course, lots and lots of sex. She hopes you enjoy her work so she can keep writing about what she loves to do.

Tepid telling of a mediocre story

Firstly it seems the narrator was in such a rush to finish speaking that she forgot to make the reading of interest to the listener. A monotonal performance, lacking in critical pauses between dialogue to distinguish speakers, and with no difference in voice between characters and narration. A rushed, tepid performance.
The story itself can be considered as a basic Marion Keynes plot, but without any subplots, but with more descriptive sex scenes and even less plot. The characters seemingly sketched in only one dimension (if such a thing were possible). No style or flair to the writing, although at times with such poor narration it was difficult to tell.

It scratches an itch for sex scenes, but does little else.
