In depth and scientific but could be revolutionary
This book is long and complex but very worth ploughing through if you want to understand the science behind how your metabolic system works. More catered for those in US where doctors work with patients and you can go and ask for blood tests.
I found it very interesting and enlightening. This could change society if Governments and health care providers took note.

If you want a summary of information about the keto diet and how to implement it then this is a good book
Nothing new is said or covered in my opinion if you follow podcasts and blogs on this topic
