Summary

Set in Regency England, Stephanie Laurens' New York Times best-selling Bastion Club series evokes a bygone era where romantic entanglements rule the day - and inflamed desires rule the night. In A Fine Passion, Jack, Baron Warnefleet, narrowly avoids marriage when he flees London for the refuge of his estate. But there waits Lady Clarice Altwood, whose beauty is impossible to ignore.

One her best books yet to read. Wonderful characters, nice plots and wholesome satisfying ending.

Worth listening to.

The hero and heroine are both strong characters and know what they want. Both know how to use the power they have, from the positions of their birth.
They meet over an accident and get off on the wrong foot. However, this misunderstanding is overcome and they start to work together. The heroine doesn't turn into a wimp and the hero doesn't become a bully.
Unlike the author's many other books. The sex was more believable, not excerpts from the "Kama Sutra".
