What if two weeks after the Meryton assembly, Darcy no longer wishes to deny his increasing fascination with the bewitching Miss Elizabeth Bennet and her amazing eyes? What if he's the last man in the world she wishes to spend time with, owing to his tendency of saying the wrong thing at the wrong time? Will he persuade her to give him another chance to earn her good opinion?

Would love this to be expanded to full length.
Yes and have already done so. It's a short but lovely variation, starting and ending at Sir William Lucas' party. The length of it is perfect for a lot of my journeys to work and it's also ideal as a way of settling down at bedtime.
Elizabeth Bennet (no surpises there!). She doesn't hesitate to speak her mind to Darcy when she overhears a remark he would have been advised not to make in a public place.
Pearl tends to keep the voices for the characters the same for all of Pam Dixon's books and I particularly like the one she uses for Elizabeth.
Yes, right at the very end but I won't say what it is. Spoilers!
I hadn't read the blurb about this short story before I started listening to it and had assumed that the Tender Moment took place after Darcy and Elizabeth had become betrothed. I was surprised when it didn't but really enjoyed the story anyway. It would be lovely for Pam Dixon to expand this into a longer length piece at some point in the future as I think there is a lot of potential in it.
This is a short story that anyone could listen too as there is no explicit content.
DISCLAIMER: I received my copy of this story as a gift from the narrator.
