Growing pains
Love the films, books are darker. Deeply troubled Hardin loves Tessa deeply - she is his saviour. I do feel sorry for her but she loves him too - and has her own issues - maybe love will conquer all!! Just wish reader hadn’t made him sound so dim with the accent!

beautifully written, but....
There is a doozy of an ending, right out of left field. I didn't see it coming.
That said and because of the gravity of the ending, I found the book mostly monotonous.
This book will however get me to read it's sequel

I absolutely love all the after series books. I became completely consumed by them.
the movie doesn't compare to the books what so ever. definitely need to read the books.

love this cant wait to see how the film compers
i first hear about this bock throw a friend on whatpad i think its called, but as i have difficulty reading i decided to check it out on here, the voice is amazing get the tons just right for this story love it so much would buy again if i could :)

guilty pleasure
although it's very poorly written, many narrative mistakes, characters wearing different clothes within the same scene, mentioning the passage of time and then speaking of a previous even as if it happened yesterday...
apart from that, this is such an addicting story, target audience are teen girls and all that matter to the story is the romance. it's a teen version of 50 shades, however much more interesting and characters with more depth. you empathise with them.
the narrator is fine, but her voice is a bit annoying. performance though is descent. nothing special.
it's one of those books that make you listen for hours. I will certainly listen to the next two and looking forward for the movie.
if you are looking for something light and simple to listen to this is nice. It's not literature, but it serves its purpose.
huge dissandvantage is the top many sex scenes. it should skip at least half of them. it becomes annoying after a while.
