Loved the Three Short Stories

Is there anything you would change about this book?

No, I thought the stories were entertaining and the characters well developed.

What other book might you compare An Amish Love to and why?

It's really much like any other Amish romance, but with a few more twists and turns.

Who would you have cast as narrator instead of Brooke Sanford?

I really don't like to give a negative review, but the narrator did not change up voices and there were times I was confused about who was talking. The men's voices were as high as the women's and no one had a distinct voice. She was very inconsistent with her voices. As I said, I'm sorry to have to give the narrator a bad review... but she needs to work on her character voices. I would cast anyone who can do voices where you can actually tell who is talking.

Could you see An Amish Love being made into a movie or a TV series? Who should the stars be?

I don't see this being cast into a movie or TV series. It's a nice book with good, God glorifying story lines. I don't know any actors these days in Hollywood who would actually step up and give God the glory.

Any additional comments?

Except for the narration, I did enjoy the book. Please, ladies, consider who you hire to do your narration. I only continued listening because I like the writers.

Disappointed

What would have made An Amish Love better?

Not to be cruel, but a narrator that doesn't sound like a young girl trying to talk cutesy.

What could the authors have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

It sounds so far fetched.

How could the performance have been better?

A better reader.

What reaction did this book spark in you? Anger, sadness, disappointment?

disappointment

Any additional comments?

I hate being so negative, but this entire book was boring, far fetched, and childish. I am very sorry I purchased it.
